Da Jing Ya Red Tea - Big golden bud - 50 g

Da Jing Ya Golden Bud red tea comes from Yunnan and is obtained from the first spring harvest of the year 2019. 

To be more specific, the production area of ​​this tea is located in Lincang (prefecture in southwestern Yunnan) and, from a first visual examination, we can also note that a precise choice has been made regarding the crop. 

This tea, in fact, is composed exclusively of very young buds on which you can still see the typical down that characterizes the leaves of camellia at the beginning of their development. 

Furthermore, during processing, the gems are manipulated so that they can assume a needle-like conformation useful for preserving their freshness. 

In the cup this tea gives an infusion with a dark amber color and a fairly dense body. 

During the tasting, the flavors will reveal themselves little by little, first showing a floral character on the palate and, subsequently, a slightly more tannic and sweet part.
