We pay great attention to the dosages and climatic conditions, to ensure a perfect result in the preparation of the dough. Pasta extrusion is a crucial phase in our production process. We use bronze stamps, an age-old technique that gives our paste the desired and unique shape. By monitoring temperatures and extrusion pressure, we give the product the correct roughness, which is essential for perfect adhesion of the spices. Every pasta that comes out of our molds contains attention to detail and love for our craft, guaranteeing an extraordinary taste experience with every dish.
