This coffee is grown in southern Mexico, on the Motozintla terroir, at an altitude of 1200 meters. The coffee is decaffeinated with water by Mountain Water Decaf in a natural way, without chemical process or solvent, in order to guarantee a pleasant sweetness in the mouth. This process makes it possible to preserve all the aromatic molecules and the quality of the aromas in the cup is completely preserved. A good deca with gourmet notes of hazelnut, grilled almond and cane sugar. The acidity is not very marked and the body is light, the length in the mouth is short and sweet.
