Mexican coffee is a blend of 100% Arabica varieties found at an altitude of 1500 meters and is harvested from November to May. Mexican coffee is a very round and woody coffee, with notes of lemon and dark chocolate. Mexican coffee is ideal with a gentle method, in filter, chemex, French press. The soft method is recommended because it is an aromatic coffee, this type of method will therefore allow you to savor all the aromas of your coffee.
