This natural blackberry syrup is made from freshly squeezed blackberries, heated with sugar to obtain a thick syrup texture. Fruity, with a touch of acidity, it can be used in many preparations! This product is manufactured by the Nejmet el Sobeh women's cooperative located in Mhaydthe in Central Bekaa. The mulberry used is the black mulberry (morus nigra).
