Our paste (in many of our customers’ opinion) is the best tasting Massaman recipe. A famous South Thailand curry, deep and rich in flavour with a kick of chilli and hints of cumin and star anise. Our curry pastes are unique in the market as they include all the final seasonings. and all the spices have been expertly blended and roasted so you get a delicious Thai dish. So you you don’t need a cookbook and to blend and roast your own spices to make an incredible curry. The dish is simple to make in the slow cooker or casserole with braising steak. It also pairs really well with lamb, game or chicken thighs. You can also simply cook with sweet potatoes and root vegetables. Quick cooking instructions for 1-2 servings: Add 45g of paste ( about 1 dessert spoon) to a pan on a medium heat, fry for 1 minute and add 200ml of coconut milk. Bring to the boil and simmer for 5 mins add your preferred meat, seafood or vegetables and continue simmering until cooked.
