Organic white incognito at 40°

The first spirit produced by the Hidden Distillery, Incognito, despite its name, does not go unnoticed. MANUFACTURING: traditional white rum, made from organic and ethical sugar cane molasses from Cuba. Following the distillation where our precious liquid is at 70°, a long maturation in stainless steel tanks takes place. This rum then obtains a reduction in order to bring it down to 40°. It is not a long manufacturing process where time does its work that the Incognito develops its particularities and its flavors. TASTING: A frank nose with nice touches of flambéed banana and exotic fruits. This rum is to be enjoyed pure or in cocktails.
