Different formats and plant species are available.   These unique models made in our workshops in the South of France are inspired by the traditional herbarium method. Thanks to our preservation liquid in which the premium plants are then immersed, these plants are preserved long-lasting and maintenance-free. Product Description Astrance is native to the mountains of Europe. 

It is frequently found in its natural state at the edge of the forest, in semi-shaded meadows, in light shade undergrowth.  It is sometimes found at the edge of water when the soil is sufficiently drained; It likes a fairly shaded location, morning or late afternoon sun, in rich, fairly fresh soil that does not dry out in summer, but is properly drained, because it does not like having its feet in water for long periods of time.  Belonging to the Apiaceae, or umbelliferae, family, Astrance is a cousin of carrots, Angelica and parsley and of certain thistles such as Eryngiums, with which it shares the umbel shape of its flowers.  The flowers are generally pink or white tinged with anise green or gray on certain varieties. 

Some varieties are red tending to purple ('Hadspen Blood', 'Moulin Rouge'), and many have transparent color nuances of crystalline delicacy.   Finding the ideal location for your Herbarium will be child's play.
