Shilajit is a bituminous substance from the Himalayas. 

A compact mass of plant substances, shilajit contains 84 different minerals in their natural ionic and organic forms, benzopyrones, triterpenes, phenolic lipids and fulvic acid. 

Fulvic acid is a particularly effective molecule transporter. Shilajit is one of the Ayurvedic and Tibetan tonics.
