We let them ferment in a symbiotic co-culture of 11 strains of live bacteria, yeasts, and acetic acid bacteria. When this multibiotic enters your digestive system, it encourages the rapid growth of hundreds of substrains of friendly bacteria. Because we use “living foods” to transport our bacteria, they work in synergy with the other friendly bacteria. It’s the natural and effective way to balance the microbiome.
