Available on Ankorstore in > 100 g (resale) > The recipe is on the back label < To warm you up in the morning, prepare an Indian chai for breakfast! Chai, a traditional drink of India and of the yogi.... It is in fact an Ayurvedic drink, whose toning, warming properties are solely linked to the choice of spices. The blend does not contain tea leaves and therefore neither theine nor caffeine. We have been preparing this blend since 2005, with: > A base of Madagascar cinnamon, a Ceylon variety cinnamon with subtle aromas ideal for water/milk infusions. >A green cardamom from India that we import directly from South India, (Bodinayakanur - Tamil Nadu). > The usual spices of the traditional South Indian recipe (ginger/fennel combination). >A barely perceptible hint of pepper warms us up on winter mornings :). > A touch of star anise Sweet and generously spiced, chai (or masala chai) can be enjoyed all day long, in the morning it warms, after lunch it replaces coffee and aids digestion. Tea time is an exotic break. PREPARATION Traditional recipe with milk or a variety of vegetable milk (recipe on the back of the packet) For a large cup or bowl: 1. In a saucepan, boil 1 to 2 tbsp. for 5 seconds. hasChai Mix coffee with a little milk. Traditionally, the milk and spices are “whipped” at least three times to fully extract the aromas. 2.
