USES: Spice mix for making gingerbread, biscuits, shortbread, ice cream, sponge cakes, crème brûlée, etc. It is also a mix to sprinkle on tarts, fruit salad, cut oranges, to put in jams, etc. RECIPE (Suggestion of a homemade gingerbread recipe, because there are many) Ingredients: > 8g gingerbread mix (2 teaspoons) > 75g honey > 75g sugar > 75g rye flour > 75g wheat flour > 60g butter > 100g milk > 4g baking powder PREPARATION: - Heat together in a saucepan the honey, sugar, milk and butter. -Mix the flour, yeast and spices in a salad bowl. -Add the contents of the pan to the previous mixture, mix well. -Place in a buttered cake tin - Bake at 140° for around 1 hour.
