Honeydew Honey (Czech Repbulic)

From the wooded hills in South-eastern Czech Republic. Harvested from tree sap collected from the bark and leaves of fir, pine, oak and willow trees growing in the remote woodlands beside the Svratka river, Czech Republic. A specialist honey, quite rare and some beekeepers might wait up to 10 years for the perfect conditions for the bees to make a surplus. Honeydew honey has a slight woody taste perfect with yoghurt and complementing breakfast cereal.
