Willow Tree Honey (Latvia)

Harvested from the willow woodlands in Southern Kurzeme, Latvia. Made by the bees collecting nectar in springtime from the willow trees growing in the woodlands above the river Vetna in Southern Kurzeme, Latvia. The taste: A springtime fresh aroma. A very unusual honey with a slight tang to it. One of our favourite honeys.
