TREVISI GIN

The experience of our master distiller has allowed us to create a unique product of its kind, thanks to the use of high-level raw materials and techniques. At the basis of this process we have a superior quality alcohol, obtained from selected cereals, in which we infuse juniper berries of alpine origin, and subsequently our botanicals, all attributable to the Treviso area. Once the juniper and botanical tincture has been created, we proceed with a second distillation, through the use of a special bain-marie still, which follows precise timing, and we obtain a juniper alcoholate which is the heart of Trevisi gin. Raw materials, method, respect for deadlines and attention allow us to obtain a distilled gin, with perfumed notes, slightly bitter but at the same time round. Botanicals: Juniper berries, Orange, Hawthorn, Chamomile, Coriander, Mallow, Mandarin, Radicchio, Wild bramble, Elderberry, Dandelion.
