Perfect drunk neat, with or without ice, in mixed drinking it gives its best in a Negroni or in a classic G&T with a quality tonic. Tasting Notes The nose has a clear sensation of juniper, followed by an accentuated fresh citrus note, with a slight floral scent. The palate confirms the predominance of juniper, which is counterpointed by warm and enveloping notes of angelica and herbs. In the finish a rich, persistent and resinous taste emerges, with an aftertaste tending to sweet.
