Available size: 0.70 Technique: London Dry Alcoholic degree: 57,6% vol Our first London Dry Gin with full alcohol content: a gin in which we sought the balance between the aromatic power of the ingredients used in quantities much higher than normal and an important alcohol content of 57.6%. The hints of leaves and forest plants, dried fruit and juniper are immediately perceptible and intensify when mixed, with the juniper part acting as the dominant aromatic thread. Perfect drunk neat, with or without ice, its aromaticity explodes in a Gin & Tonic or, for an alternative drink, in a Dirty Martini that recaptures its fatness. Tasting Notes On the nose there are the vegetal notes of leaves, undergrowth and juniper berries, with the hints of dried fruit of the hazelnut and the slightly slightly citrus and almost pine nuts of the fir seeds that become gradually more intense as the distillate opens. The palate confirms the predominance of juniper, with the spicy notes of oak bark and the woody notes of birch buds completing the profile. The finish is very long due to the large quantity of ingredients used, and is rich, persistent and resinous, with hints of hazelnut and at times reminiscent of pine nuts.
