Extra fig jam with cinnamon.

The extra fig jam is produced from ripe seasonal fruit, selected, washed and cut by hand to which only fresh lemon juice and raw cane sugar are added.   It does not contain pectin, thickeners and flavourings, it is ideal for spreading on bread and biscuits, excellent for the preparation of cakes, tarts and biscuits.
