Vinkara Mahzen Reserve is made from grapes from the producer's own vineyards. Grapes are picked by hand, gently crushed, pressed and fermented in stainless steel tanks. After fermentation, the wine is kept in contact with the lees and aged for 14 months in chateau-style 225-litre French oak barrels. Mahzen Narince Reserve is aged for a further 6 months in our wine caves after bottling. Mahzen Narince has a straw yellow colour with golden reflections. On the palate, Mahzen Narince presents itself with honed finesse and impressive balance, accompanied by notes of caramel and licorice and a long finish. On the nose it seduces with floral and fruity aromas of tropical fruit, apricot, grapefruit and buttery aromas which are evident thanks to the sur lie method used in the aging process in barrels.
