Chocolate Puff Pastry Bows – Socorritos

Socorritos are the typical product par excellence of Pastas Uko, Cervera de Pisuerga and the entire province of Palencia.   Chocolate bows are the same (salty) puff pastry, shaped like a bow, but covered with chocolate, instead of icing sugar.   In this product we have a sweeter flavor, appreciating the butter and a soft texture that makes the difference.   It doesn't need cold. 

Store in a cool, dry place.
