Alcachofas al curry. Paté de verduras ecológicas.

At sight it is a very vivid lemon green colour. Of a medium texture (neither arid, nor excessively fluid), it usually has small threads and fibbers which are distinctive traits of the artichoke. Occasionally it is possible to observe small pieces of carrot. It combines the bitter taste of the winter vegetables with a sour touch provided by the lemon, complemented by the sweet touch of the carrot and enhanced with the richness of aromas that, only a select curry from India, could provide. A pâté with blacks and whites, of contrasts, that leave some indifferent and others passionate. Once opened, shelf life is 7 days, if refrigerated.
