Berenjena con orégano. Paté de verduras ecológicas.

The colour is reminiscent of a chestnut paste with small darker fragments. Its aroma is clearly dominated by two outstanding ingredients, the aubergine, and the oregano, with the onion providing only texture and flavour. It’s a fairly fluid pâté, between the texture of a thick whipped cream and a creamy butter. When tasting it, we clearly perceive the roasted aubergine, with its peculiar spicy touch, and, in a natural way, the rest of ingredients start to appear. Finally, the oregano takes more prominence due to his aroma. Once opened, shelf life is 7 days, if refrigerated.
