It has an aroma marked by tahini and secondarily by garlic, cumin and chickpeas, characteristic of traditional fresh hummus from the Eastern Mediterranean. Its flavour is typical of this product, sweet, showing first the quality of its sesame paste, followed by lemon, garlic, and cumin. At all times it shows the organoleptic consistency of the chickpeas from Pedrosillano used in its preparation. It is a balanced mixture, smooth and powerful at the same time, reminiscent at all times of good fresh preparations rather than preserves. Once opened, shelf life is 7 days, if refrigerated.
