Pâté with a dense, grainy texture, deep red in colour and with some small, recognizable fragments of sunflower seeds. Its scent is recognizable as the one from the traditional “sobrassada”. Its flavour is clearly reminiscent of “sobrassadas” from the region of La Marina or the Balearic Islands, amplified by the excitement generated by its three hot spices, covering the mid-palate to the throat in an outstanding, homogeneous, and elegant way. The spicy notes marry perfectly with the fermented notes coming from miso of Japanese origin. Once opened, shelf life is 7 days, if refrigerated.
