Our pâté has a colour that ranges from soft black to pure chocolate, with earthy and reddish tones. Its scent is strong, with the black olive predominating over all the other ingredients. It is a different preparation from an “olivada” or a tapenade. Combining the black olives with dried tomato and spring onion gives an intense flavour and natural freshness, finally appreciating the presence of local aromatic plants. Once opened, shelf life is 7 days, if refrigerated.
