Cream of courgettes, San Pasquale variety, with first choice seasonal vegetables – 580 ml. Chef Selection. Designed specifically for catering, it is a cream that adapts to any type of preparation. The courgette cream is 100% vegetable, prepared in an artisanal way with first choice seasonal vegetables, grown in the open field (on our farm we do not use waste for production). Ingredients: zucchini; extra virgin olive oil; sunflower seed oil; lemon juice; whole sea salt; basil. Without preservatives and colorants. Without eggs, milk and added sugars.
