ORTOMAYO® - Vegan Zucchini Mayonnaise - 250 g

Vegan mayonnaise of courgettes, San Pasquale variety, which are long and dark green in color - 250 ml. Made with first choice vegetables (in our farm we do not use waste for production). Vegan mayonnaise comes from the manual transformation of seasonal vegetables, performed in the laboratory inside the same farm. It is 100% vegetable, prepared with only four ingredients. Ingredients: San Pasquale variety courgettes, extra virgin olive oil, lemon, salt. Without eggs, preservatives and dyes. Without milk and added sugar. Ideal to accompany meat and fish; to spread on pizza, focaccia and bruschetta; as a condiment for pasta and rice; as a filling for fresh pasta and for fancy preparations.
