The artichoke cream is 100% vegetable, prepared in an artisanal way with artichoke hearts, first choice vegetables, grown in the open field (on our farm we do not use waste for production). Ingredients: artichokes; extra virgin olive oil; lemon juice; unrefined sea salt. Without preservatives and colorants. Without eggs, milk and added sugars.
