Eggplant vegan mayonnaise 250 ml. Made with first choice vegetables (in our farm we do not use waste for production). Vegan mayonnaise comes from the manual transformation of seasonal vegetables, performed in the laboratory inside the same farm. It is 100% vegetable, prepared with only four ingredients. Ingredients: aubergine, extra virgin olive oil, lemon, salt. Without eggs, preservatives and dyes. Without milk and added sugar. Ideal to accompany cheeses, stuff sandwiches, season pasta, eat meat and fish differently.
