ORTOMAYO® - Spiert Broccoli Vegan Mayonnaise - 240 g

"Spiert" vegan broccoli mayonnaise, traditional ecotype of turnip broccoli from the Upper Sele Valley (SA) - 250 ml. Made with first choice vegetables (in our farm we do not use waste for production). Casa Iuorio's “Spiert” broccoli has received the DE.C.O. - Municipal Denomination of Origin, of the Municipality of Palomonte, with resolution of the Municipal Council No. 93 of 22/07/2021. Vegan mayonnaise comes from the manual transformation of seasonal vegetables, performed in the laboratory inside the same farm. It is 100% vegetable, prepared with only four ingredients. Ingredients: “Spiert” turnip broccoli, extra virgin olive oil, lemon, salt. Without eggs, preservatives and dyes. Without milk and added sugar. Ideal to accompany cheeses, stuff sandwiches, season pasta, eat meat and fish differently.
