"Spiert" broccoli (wild) - 1000 g

Traditional ecotype of turnip broccoli from the Alta Valle del Sele, in extra virgin olive oil. DECO product. Broccoli belongs to a traditional variety of the Upper Sele Valley called "Spiert", that is spontaneous. Its Mediterranean and wild taste has a strong and unmistakable personality. They are grown on our land in Palomonte (SA), in the open field and without using chemical agents. After the harvest, it is always us from the Casa Iuorio farm who take care of the transformation, in the laboratory adjacent to the fields. Ingredients: turnip broccoli, extra virgin olive oil, salt, white wine vinegar, garlic, hot pepper. They do not contain preservatives and dyes.
