Broccoli in Seawater - low sodium content

Broccoli in sea water is obtained from the artisan processing of broccoli grown in Puglia and immediately processed fresh on the farm. This particular type of inflorescence is an excellent source of antioxidants, able to counteract the effects of free radicals and reduce any inflammation. They are low in calories, have a good protein content, much higher than other vegetables and are rich in mineral salts, such as phosphorus, calcium, iron and potassium but also in vitamins C, B1, B2 and K, which are important for supporting our immune system.
