After having cleaned them of excess leaves and cooked quickly in white wine and vinegar, they are seasoned with extra virgin olive oil and other spices which make this product particularly tasty. In fact, among these spices, we find the intense aroma of sage leaves which will give this preserve a particular touch of flavor and freshness. In the kitchen, as well as being able to be used as an aperitif or starter, they are an excellent condiment for pasta or for delicious sandwiches.
