Cream of aubergines with first choice seasonal vegetables – 580 ml. Chef Selection. Designed specifically for catering, it is a cream that adapts to any type of preparation. The aubergine cream is 100% vegetable, prepared in an artisanal way with first choice seasonal vegetables, grown in open fields (on our farm we do not use waste for production). Ingredients: eggplant; extra virgin olive oil; sunflower oil; lemon juice; salt. Without preservatives and colorants. Without eggs, milk and added sugars.
