Chef selection for catering. Fillets of aubergines in sunflower seed oil and extra virgin olive oil – 1062 ml. The aubergines are grown and prepared by hand on our farm. Ingredients: eggplant; sunflower oil; extra virgin olive oil; whole sea salt; White wine vinegar; lemon juice; garlic; Origan; hot pepper. Without preservatives, colorants and citric acid.
