Sun-dried zucchini alla scapece - 212 ml. This recipe is made with courgettes from our garden, washed and cut into rounds; placed in the sun to dry; fried and then seasoned with extra virgin olive oil, fresh garlic, mint, oregano and vinegar. Ingredients: courgettes, sunflower oil, extra virgin olive oil, white wine vinegar, whole sea salt, garlic, mint, oregano. Without preservatives and dyes. They can be eaten as a side dish, on pizza or focaccia, to season pasta or to fill a sandwich.
