Talli and potato soup, prepared with talli, courgettes, potatoes and bacon – 314 ml. This recipe is made with seasonal products from our garden: courgettes, courgette flowers, tender shoots of the courgette plant, together with new potatoes and artisanal bacon. ANDa soup typical of the period in which the courgettes ripen, to be eaten fresh to enjoy all the flavours and aromas of the garden. Ingredients: courgettes, potatoes, extra virgin olive oil, courgette tenderumi, bacon, courgette flowers, vinegar, salt, garlic. Without preservatives and colorants.
