ORTOMAYO® - Spiert Broccoli Cream - 500 g

“Spiert” broccoli cream – Traditional ecotype of turnip broccoli from the Alta Valle del Sele (SA) – 580 ml. Chef Selection. Designed specifically for catering, it is a cream that adapts to any type of preparation. Casa Iuorio's “Spiert” broccoli has received the DE mark.c.Or. –Municipal Designation of Origin, of the Municipality of Palomonte, with Municipal Council resolution No. 93 of 07/22/2021. The broccoli cream is 100% vegetable, prepared in an artisanal way with first choice seasonal vegetables, grown in the open field (on our farm we do not use waste for production). Ingredients: turnip greens “spiert”; sunflower oil; lemon juice; whole sea salt. Without preservatives and colorants. Without eggs, milk and added sugars.
