Made with our Pomodorossa sauce, Italian dried tomatoes, grilled aubergines from the Crati Valley, a touch of chilli pepper, garlic and oregano and the inevitable olive oil. Uses in the kitchen Excellent for preparing rich appetizers on slices of toasted bread, freselle or crostini, also enriched with fresh or mature cheeses. Ideal for seasoning tasty first courses in a very short time: just heat it for a few minutes in the pan, adding a few tablespoons of the pasta cooking water.
