The Crema di 'Nduja Valle del Crati is handcrafted with the most popular Calabrian cured meat and the addition of spicy chilli pepper, crushed in olive oil. A delicious cream with an intense flavour, which will make every dish unique and special! Uses in the kitchen It is eaten by spreading it on slices of toasted bread, preferably still warm, or as a sauté for the base of a ragù or tomato sauce; excellent for flavoring pizza, it can be added as desired before other toppings or freshly baked. It can be eaten on slices of semi-mature cheeses, to fill omelette rolls, sandwiches and savory dough. A versatile cream with a Calabrian flavour! Ingredients: Chili pepper, 'Nduja (29.1%) (pork fat and meat, sweet and spicy chilli pepper, salt)(IT1591/L CE), olive oil, salt, wine vinegar. Acidifier: Citric acid. Allergens: Sulfur dioxide and sulphites.
