Nduja & Tropea Onion Patè

Our 'Nduja and Tropea onion spread is made following a traditional Calabrian recipe and naturally contains no additives, preservatives or colourants. ‘Nduja is cured spreadable Calabrian salami, with herbs, salt and naturally lots of chilli pepper. Bright red in colour with a fiery taste, our ‘Nduja is the real thing, made in Spilinga in the province of Vibo Valentia, the birthplace of this delicacy. Here it has been combined with another Calabrian speciality, the sweet Tropea onion, creating a delicious, punchy spread.
