‘Nduja is cured spreadable Calabrian salami, with herbs, salt and naturally lots of chilli pepper. Bright red in colour with a fiery taste, our ‘Nduja is the real thing, made in Spilinga in the province of Vibo Valentia, the birthplace of this delicacy. 'Nduja also gives an incredible flavour when you add it to a ‘soffritto’ (lightly fried onions celery and carrot) as the basis of a tomato sauce for pasta or just on its own with the addition of a little of the pasta water. Delicious too on a pizza or alongside medium seasoned cheeses. Our 'Nduja is made following a traditional Calabrian recipe and naturally contains no additives, preservatives or colourants.
