‘Nduja from Spilinga is the typical Calabrian hot salami with a very soft and creamy texture. Uncommon salami, ruby red color, hot taste, intense aroma and creamy consistency. From the product base to speciality, “His Majesty ‘Nduja” is mixed with the most important foods from italian tradition to bring out of them characteristics and flavours. In our ‘Nduja recipe the ingredients that compose this delicacy are selected and wisely dosed. Three cuts of meat are used: lard, guanciale, belly national pork, calabrian natural sun-dried chili peppers and salt. After the mixing phase there is a time off and then bagging and maturing phases. It is a product with no preservatives or dyes.
