Red, slightly orange pâté in which small dark particles can be seen, corresponding to roasted tomato and garlic. With an intense scent in which tomato and garlic compete for the leading role, although it’s the tomato that ends up winning out. Its texture is dense, as corresponds to a natural product with crushed legumes, although it does not prevent its unctuousness. When tasting, it highlights a noble acidity from the tomato and its flavour with a fairly neutral base from the chickpea and, finally, a harmony of garlic that gives it robustness and a umami nuance. Once opened, shelf life is 7 days, if refrigerated.
