IGP Saint Guilhem-le-Désert GRAPE VARIETY Syrah, Cinsault. TERROIR The Beau Renard vineyard is undergoing organic conversion. Covering an area of 24 hectares, it enjoys an ideal location at the foot of the Larzac plateau. hasAt 300 meters above sea level, it has a unique configuration. The draining power and the poverty of the soils such as schist and red ochre act as natural regulators on the balance of the vines. The temperatures there are relatively cool. There is an average temperature difference of 13°C compared to other Languedoc regions during the summer months. This gives our wines fruit, freshness, and a lovely minerality... SERVING TEMPERATURE 16-17°C. TASTING NOTES Violet color with dark reflections. Nose of fresh red berries, blackcurrant. A rich, generous palate with fine, silky tannins. SERVING AND PAIRING It pairs wonderfully with grilled white meats, Mediterranean tapas, charcuterie, and cheeses.
