AOP Languedoc. GRAPE VARIETIES Grenache, Syrah, Mourvèdre (dominantly Grenache). VINIFICATION Traditional, then barrel aging. SERVING TEMPERATURE 18°C. TASTING NOTES The color is a deep purple. The nose is intense, aromatic with notes of black and ripe red fruits, spices and cocoa. The palate is generous and well balanced. The finish is long, with silky and seductive tannins. FOOD AND WINE PAIRING Serve with grilled red or white meats and mature cheeses.
