Northeast Italy is without a doubt the land of Pinot Grigio. The Friuli region, with its particular Alpine-Adriatic microclimate, expresses with this vine all the intensity of its terroir, conquering a now global audience of enthusiasts. Equipped with grapes with great potential, and not attracted by fresh and banal styles, we opted for a Pinot Grigio that was important but not heavy, in which aromatic fullness, freshness, and complexity benefited from each other in equal measure. The musts from fully ripe grapes are extracted by soft pressing and partially fermented in small second-passage wooden barrels. The refinement on the fine lees of integral fermentation gives further creaminess to the wine. Straw yellow color tending towards golden. Like all wines made from Pinot grapes, it stands out for its great elegance, notes of ripe fruit, apricot, pear, surrounded by the velvet of the wood. Full palate, rich, mineral, medium freshness as Pinot Grigio should be!
