For the Christmas holidays, come and discover our special box where we celebrate the bubbles of our vineyard. The perfect box for an evening around the tree. These crémants are vinified and aged according to strict rules, similar to those practiced in Champagne, under the appellation "Crémant De Bordeaux." 🌱 Organic wine since 1963 👨‍🌾 Vinification and ageing: Strict rules, similar to those practiced in Champagne, define the harvesting conditions and the production phases: – Slow and selective pressing on whole grapes – Indigenous yeasts – Alcoholic fermentation at low temperature – Bottle foaming, riddling and bottle disgorging. Raw Plain: – Riddling: deposits of dead yeast are separated from the wine – – Disgorgement: the “expedition” liqueur is composed only of wine (no added sugar) - Undosed Crémant. 🥂Tasting / Food & wine pairing: This cuvée will be enjoyed from aperitif to dessert Service: Serve at 7-8°C Laying down: Drink within a year of disgorging.
