Château de Bonhoste, Cuvée Mille Rouge

Mille Rouge, is a Bordeaux Red, 100% Cabernet Franc, a perfect wine with a platter of charcuterie and cheese or even with red meat.
 A thousand, because there will only be a thousand white bottles and a thousand red ones. Each bottle is numbered, therefore unique!   Grape varieties: 100% Cabernet Franc Harvest & Winemaking: Red wine is a maceration wine, which is why we will leave the pulp, the skin of the berries and the seeds in contact.
