Artisanal Dark Beer from Château de Bonhoste. This is a Rock'n 'Roll blend between wine and beer! It is the fruit of a great friendship between Yannick the winemaker and Nicolas his accomplice. They aged this beer for 5 months in oak barrels, where the Merlot had left its mark.
